Who can use Adult Chat
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to view adult content where you live. By entering the chat you confirm that you are. We may ask you to verify your age, and we may close any account we believe belongs to someone under 18.
Your account
You can chat as a guest or register an account. You are responsible for everything done under your name, and for keeping your password private. Guest names are temporary and may be reused by others once you leave.
What you post
You are responsible for the messages, images, voice notes and other content you share, and for having the right to share it. By posting in the chat you allow us to display and store that content for as long as it stays in the chat. You must follow the chat rules at all times.
Calls and cameras
Video and voice calls are between the people in the call. Never record or share a call without the other person's consent. Anything shown on camera must follow these terms and the chat rules.
Moderation
We may remove content, mute, kick, suspend or ban any account, with or without notice, if we believe it breaks these terms or the rules, puts others at risk, or breaks the law. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
Gold and VIP
Gold is a virtual currency for use inside the chat only. It has no cash value, can't be exchanged for money or anything outside the chat, and can't be transferred to another site. VIP is an optional paid membership. Payments are handled by our payment processor. If you have a question about a purchase, contact us.
Other sites and ads
The site may show links and adverts for other services. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they treat you.
No guarantees
The chat is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or free of people who break the rules. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for anything that happens as a result of using the chat or of what other users say or do.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
